Your ideal schedule MAKe SELF CARE A PRIORITY


Step 1: Listen to the Audio

Step 2: On a blank piece of paper:

  • Write out 5 self-care practices that make you feel good. They can be anything from going for a walk, painting, meditating, yoga, taking a bubble bath, etc. 
  • Beside each one, write down how often you do it.
  • Then write how often you WANT to do it. 

Step 3: Fill out the Ideal Schedule Spreadsheet.

  • Fill out the "current schedule" tab
  • Go to the "ideal schedule" tab in fill in all of the self care and necessities based on how much time you WANT to be spending
  • Fill out the rest

Step 4: Fill out the Ideal Schedule Debrief PDF.
